A Facility Built for Excellence
Bangladesh Security Guard Service has invested heavily in its training infrastructure to ensure every officer graduates ready for real-world challenges. Our Dhaka campus spans 12,000 square feet and includes a tactical simulation hall, firearms safety range, first-aid bay, and CCTV monitoring lab.
The curriculum blends classroom theory with hands-on drills. Officers study crowd management, emergency response, client communication, and legal boundaries of private security — all within a structured six-week residential programme.
International Standards, Local Expertise
Our training methodology is benchmarked against the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) framework and adapted for the Bangladeshi regulatory environment. Instructors include retired Bangladesh Army officers and certified trainers from ASIS International.
Every officer who passes through our gates is not just an employee — they are a professional trained to protect lives and assets with discipline and integrity.
Graduates receive a nationally recognised certificate and are eligible for fast-track promotion within SGS. In 2025, over 340 officers completed the programme with a pass rate of 94%.
What Trainees Learn
The programme covers patrolling techniques, access control, incident reporting, fire safety, and de-escalation strategies. A dedicated module on technology — covering body cameras, GPS trackers, and digital reporting systems — ensures officers are equipped for modern security environments.
